I'm Charles Olive, a creative strategist, writer and maker based in Dungarvan on Ireland's south coast. My work sits somewhere between strategy, craft and storytelling, driven by a belief that curiosity is one of our most valuable creative tools.

Over the past twenty-five years I've worked with agencies, global brands and independent businesses, helping them develop clearer ideas, stronger positioning and more distinctive communications. Along the way I've also built communities, started businesses, made products, hosted radio shows, written articles and pursued an ever-growing collection of personal projects. Together, these experiences have shaped the creative practice I have today.

Curiosity sits at the centre of my practice. It's why I spend time making things, learning new skills and exploring subjects that don't always have an obvious commercial outcome. Those projects aren't separate from my professional work—they're how I continue to develop it.
